In Waverly House Hotel London reveiw at booking one of customer says “The staffs are excellent, friendly & very helpful, especially the receptionist & concierge. We arrived at 11am, and the receptionist try his best to let us check in early, unfortunately the room is not ready. its fine with us, and they let us leave our luggages before check in & after check out.The concierege seems to have a lot of local information which were very helpful. On Saturday night we ask for a taxi, but the taxi firm were going to charge us too much, so the concierge stood outside to get a taxi for us.

The room is clean & comfortable. The food was good & big portions.The location is good, not far from tube station & there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
- the evening meal & breakfast were good but the service a little bit slow, perhaps because it was busy. Not enough clean bowls at the breakfasts counter & no one told us where to sit,we had to choose own table, and it wasn’t set up properly.couldn’t find remote for Air Condition but it doesn’t matter.”
