In its Review of Sidney Hotel London-Victoria , Mr. Stephen writes “This Hotel is situated at very good location. When I Visited this hotel, the Lift was broken for 3 of the 4 days and room was on 4th floor. Quality of breakfast was shocking. Small things such as no newspaper or tissues in the room.
