Review No. 1 - In its Review of Imperial Hotel London, Mr. John Write “The Location of this Hotel is Good. The Hotel is near an underground station and near a bus route. The staff were nearly all foreign and were not friendly and did not smile or seemed very happy in their work. There was no where to give information on what to see or where to get information on any of the sites in London perhaps the hotel could provide maps of London in the rooms and also more information on the hotel.”

extemely good value. When I arrived at 11.00 pm and became confused about the fact that I thought that I was sleeping in an empty house on my won the manager got out of bed and came down to reassure me that in fact it was full, complete with security cameras and that the concierge had meant that I would not have to share the family room room which I had been allocated. I thought that it was sevice well beyond the call of duty”.

Review No. 1 - The Hotel is situated between National Gallery and Leicester Square. The Hotel is quite Good. Since Hotel is refurbished, the rooms are quite refreshing. The furnitures are designed beautifully. The Staff behavior is good and kind.

Review No. 1 . In its Review of New Inn Hotel London, a mature couple writes “Our room was quite large and very clean. The hotel was close enough to St johns wood high street. You can go to cafes etc. Our room was in the front side but there was no noise on the road. The walk from tube station to hotel seamed along way after traveling and carrying luggage but once refreshed and no luggage was quite pleasant. we also felt breakfast should have been included in price”.

The Hotel room are large with high ceilings (a bit basic but fine for the price). The staff is  friendly and hotel location is quiet. This was my third stay and my one gripe is being awakened at 7 or 7:30 by the rolling of beer barrels”.

Review No. 1 - The Jessica writes “The Hotel Room was compact but it was clean and comfortable. This Hotel has given breakfast with variety of choices. Something of a shock to step out of the tube and see the sign. It felt as though we were heading for something extremely seedy. The bedroom window would not shut properly which could have posed a problem. There were no toiletries such as shower gel or shampoo”.

The doors squeak a lot so when late night people come to their rooms other people get woken up. The beds are not comfortable and the towels smell and towel change every day is inconvenient as there should be service to all rooms”.
