In its review of the Collin House Hotel London Paul writes “Several things: my towels and bed sheets in my room were only changed when I complained after a week. The mugs in my room as well were never changed or even washed out in the entire three weeks I was in the hotel. The room itself was barely able to contain myself and my bags, I could only get the door open just far enough to squeese through, because the bed was in the way”.
