In its review of the Collin House Hotel London Laura writes “For the price in the location in the heart of London Victoria area I thought it was
extemely good value. When I arrived at 11.00 pm and became confused about the fact that I thought that I was sleeping in an empty house on my won the manager got out of bed and came down to reassure me that in fact it was full, complete with security cameras and that the concierge had meant that I would not have to share the family room room which I had been allocated. I thought that it was sevice well beyond the call of duty”.
