In its review of the Collin House Hotel London Andrea writes “When I went to stay in this hotel for second time the staff alloted me a room which is not on street. Some rooms are very noisy. The doors squeak a lot so when late night people come to their rooms other people get woken up. The beds are not comfortable and the towels smell and towel change every day is inconvenient as there should be service to all rooms”.
