Shatesbury London Hyde Park Booking has a review of Clarion Shaftesbury London Hyde Park and Mature Couple writes “The air conditioning in our room was excellent; and access to broadband internet was also very good. The staff were polite and the room was quiet. Although the furnishings were of a high standard, they were far too big for the room; leaving us hardly any room to move around the room - we had to squeeze sideways along the bed to reach the bathroom and drawers etc. We were also very disappointed that on two of the three days of our stay no hot water was available when needed - we had to use the kettle to provide hot water for the bath as the shower could not be used. Due to a malfunction of the underground network, we arrived back from the theatre to find that all local restaurants were closed and that no room service was not available except for the offer of a take away pizza.
