In its review of Blakemore Hotel London, one Solo Traveller writes “The restaurant and bar staff was very friendly and helpful and also the girls at the front desk.
The guys at the front desk was extremely snob and looked like they didn’t want to be disturbed. I had to print a document of one page, word document, no big issue at all… It was not possible. I stayed there a whole week, I payed a pretty nice bill, I expected a bit more than a “We are sorry we canno’t print it”.
